Data Entry Coordinator - Clinical Admin
Contract Role: June 2023 to July 2024 with full time hours. Monday to Saturday with maximum selected 5 days a week rotationThe Data Entry Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate information is in the scheduling system to ensure accurate client service delivery in a professional, confidential, proactive, safe and efficient solution based manner. The Data Entry Coordinator works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively with all members of the team on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Certificate ideal
- Advanced Computer Skills including Microsoft Office.
- Two years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to client referrals and updates to care provision in a timely efficient manner.
- Able to meet the daily set Care Plan Build target.
- Able to effectively interpret Service Authorizations and Care Plans received by Funder.
- Data Entry, Inputs care plan using tools, excel Templates forms, and processes as aligned with CBI Policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Communicates service authorization and care plan changes to pertinent staff via email.
- Communicates effectively with Clinical Supervisors, Scheduling team, and Clinical Coordination.
- Reviewing Care Plan and aligning interventions with scheduled home visits and care tasks in CBI Software.
