Anita's History
Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Food is family owned and operated and has been serving Northern Virginia for 48 years. We are currently operating 8 restaurant locations: 6 in Fairfax County and 2 in Loudoun County. We currently employ around 230 employees across the company with 10 employees in our corporate office.
Anita's serves breakfast lunch and dinner from all 8 locations. We cater to all types of events: offices, weddings, parties using our fleet of delivery vehicles.
The Corporate office is located at 521 E. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA and is open Mon-Fri 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Payroll is completed biweekly on every other Tuesday with an option of direct deposit. The office is closed for lunch at 11 AM and you are provided a complementary meal from Anita’s every Wednesday.
Insurance is with CareFirst, HMO, or PPO, Anita's offers three plans where the company covers 60% of the employee portion, commencing the first day of the month 60 days after hire. Upon hire, you have 30 days to choose a plan or waive your option.
Hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Consulting with Operations manager and other departments as required.
- Update existing databases
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Integrating Inventory/Recipe data with the POS (Aloha NCR, Food Trak)
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in restaurant industry.
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills to resolve requests quickly.
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain project deadlines
- Team player, willing to learn and adapt to changes as company grows
- English and Spanish speaking preferred.
Hourly rate based on experience.
