Have you ever heard 'Your call is being recorded for training and monitoring purposes...' when dialling a business...? The 'monitoring' part of this is what we do at Total Telephone Solutions.
This role is to review/monitor phone and video communication as part of customer service Quality Control on behalf of our clients. This is to ensure our customers staff are giving the correct levels of service. There are no specific qualifications needed however experience in a data entry or quality control would be beneficial. A very good grasp of the English language is essential. Full training is supplied by our in house team to ensure familiarity of a new recruit with our processes.
A successful applicant would be required to review recorded conversations and video communication from a selection of our customers. While reviewing the communication a PC will be used to allocate a score/grading of service given and input notes/data against the recording. We have a bespoke system for carrying out this activity.
The position is Part-Time and we can offer flexible hours during usual office hours. We have also shifted to the role being home working once you are inducted. There is an opportunity to be primarily based from home once you have been physically inducted and we are happy with your level of competence. The office will be used as and when it is needed for training and reviews which will take place physically.
We are flexible for the right applicant and offer 20 hours per week Monday to Friday. An idea shift pattern would be Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm but we can be flexible. Also overtime at a standard rate is often available.
We are based out of a modern air conditioned office in Thorpe, Egham, Surrey. There could be a potential opportunity for a supervisory role within the business once a successful applicant has proven themselves.
