Data Entry Administrator

Full time-40 hours per week

(opportunity to expand to a full time position within the Process Control department)

What you'll be doing:

• Data entry, cleaning, preparing
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Read and manipulate complex data (airline flying programmes)
• Working to deadlines
• Ad-hoc support
• Liaise with Operations and Finance departments
• Support Operations Analysts

Essential skills:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot, etc…)
• Strong analytical skills
• Great communication and team work skills

Applicants characteristics:

• Strong eye for detail with exceptional accuracy
• Ability to interrogate data from multiple sources and the ability to resolve conflicting data
• Ability to learn new systems quickly (You would be using a bespoke database - training will be given)
• Ability to deliver high quality work with minimum supervision
• Ability to plan and manage own workload
• Accurate, methodological, works to set deadlines
