Job description
Act as a point of contact for general enquiries and provide support through data entry and account coordination as part of the introduction of a new integrated business system. This position is full time (Mon-Fri) and is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Health & Safety
To be accountable for your own health and safety whilst at work, operating in line with company procedures to enable a safe working environment. To raise any unsafe acts immediately with individual(s) concerned and immediate reporting of health and safety incidents to management.
Data Entry
To provide administrative support to the project including managing and maintaining accurate records. This will include data entry, filing and document control. To respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service by assisting in preparing data and reports as part of the project.
Customer Services
To fully understand the internal customer service landscape including systems and processes. Examples include but are not limited to:
Ordering
Artwork and tooling origination
Inventory management
Third Party Suppliers
Complaint Management
Account Management
Quotation Management
Required skills/experience
Previous experience in a similar data entry role
Previous Customer Service experience (desirable)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
