Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of United’s encryption platforms (hardware, operating systems, software and systems tools), DNS Systems and Connected aircraft systems
- Provide direct technical support in problem management, integration and systems programming
- Implement releases, upgrades and/or changes into the environment
- Ensure platform performance and availability meet design criteria and objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration and tuning. Duties may include capacity planning, workload modeling, system maintenance/administration, and diagnostics
- Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions and to prevent recurring problems for CipherTrust. E-enablement, Venafi PKI Management, and InfoBlox
- Implement changes to platforms with minimal impact to the business by following enterprise standards and procedures
- Design and document enterprise standards and procedures
- Provide on-site, and on-call 7x24x365 support, as needed

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- BS/BA, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in Data Encryption technologies, DNS management and PKI systems
- Tokenization encryption experience
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of multiple systems (operating/integration/architecture) and programming languages/methodologies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Data Encryption technologies, DNS management and PKI systems
- Infoblox DNS knowledge
- Venafi PKI Management
- Vormetric/Ciphertrust experience
