School Finance HR and Data Officer Required in Ealing

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Finance and Administration Officer to work full-time in a primary school in Ealing.

35 hours pw (Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm 1 hour lunch break to be agreed with team members). (39 weeks pa plus 1 week flexible working as agreed with SBM)

About the role

• To provide efficient management of school finances, personnel and Data analysis as required by SLT prioritising own caseload.
• Analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information relating to Finance HR, pupil and assessment data as required.
• To assist colleagues to oversee administrative functions determined by the SBM.
• Assist the SBM with the monthly budget reports highlighting any discrepancies or over/under spends
• To support the Head teacher and Senior Leadership Team with daily agency staff and manage personnel records.
• To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
