Data Coordinator
Perfect for combining with home responsibilities, for this part-time position we’re looking for a friendly, outgoing personality who is a confident talker on the phone, with a can-do approach and whose work superpower is ticking off the To Do list!
Based in our Liverpool city centre office, this is a satisfying role managing the company’s data. You’ll love to get organised, track down information and be a stickler for getting our records right.
The role includes speaking on the phone, completing database records, finding information and responding to email updates.
The main parts of the job are:
- Communicating by telephone and email with business people.
- Researching information.
- Using the company’s CRM system.
- Taking charge of data and keeping it up to date.
We want to be wowed by your excellent organisational skills, your confident communication, energy and willingness to learn the ins and outs of our systems.
You’ll be coming into the office as part of a small team, where you’ll manage your time to make an impact.
We know you’ll be good on computers but we’ll show you the bits you don’t know.
We’ll try our best to be clear about what we want, and we’ll appreciate and reward you for trying your best to get it done! You can choose the hours you work to suit you between Monday – Friday.
