Location: Flexibly remote from one of our UK hubs (Bristol, Edinburgh, Harrogate, London, Manchester or Oxford)
Contract: Full-time
Remuneration Range: Competitive
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure datasets are kept relevant and up to date through liaising with colleagues who own each dataset.
- Following a robust mechanism to QA data loaded into systems and to avoid duplication in the system.
- Act as a direct point of reference for questions around the different datasets stored.
- Ensure licensing information and other metadata is valid and correct at all times.
- Provide training and support on the Insights platform for managing datasets.
- Maintain the public-facing information for datasets via provided CMSs and backend admin systems.
- Work with the business to enable dataset to be accessed across Anthesis and via clients via the product and subscription mechanisms available in the tool.
- Create and manage an effective workflow to track what is and is not up to date, needs chasing with the wider business etc.

Summary of role:
You will be a key part of the software team, providing support to ensure that all projects run smoothly and without a hitch! You will work collaboratively with client managers as well as tech and creative teams, managing complex development projects around web builds, integration and fulfilment whilst offering superb client management and ongoing support.

Key requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and any equivalent
- 2+ years’ relevant work experience
- Understanding of tabular data structures, especially in Excel
- Basic knowledge of APIs and API-driven systems
- Preferably a basic knowledge of databases, especially MySQL and Postgres, including processes such as data normalization.
- Be able to clearly communicate ideas both verbally and in writing
- Prior experience using a CMS to manage web page updates.
- Hands on approach to problem solving and ensuring that things keep running smoothly
- An open, flexible, and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks
- The ability to relate well to other professionals and work in a specialist team
