Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2 (NO BENEFITS)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is looking for a Tableau developer to help build the data and reporting foundation for HR. This is an opportunity to work closely with different leaders in HR to identify use cases and gather requirements, then apply advanced Tableau skills to design, build, deliver, and maintain a suite of dashboards.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, deliver and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards
Create database views needed to support dashboards
Join data across multiple HR systems
Conduct thorough QA to ensure high quality solutions
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data
Requirements:
5+ years Tableau experience
Advanced Tableau skills, including data blending, LOD expresssions, and advanced calculations
Fluency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred but not required
Domain expertise in HR is highly valued, particularly experience working with data from HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
