Job description
We are currently looking for a Data Assistant to join us in a part time role at our Hospice in Cambridge!
This role will support the Data and Quality team in meeting the Charity’s requirements relating to quality data recording, reporting and analysis.
Main duties will include:
- Undertake a wide range of data administration to provide high quality information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Run established reports to meet ARHC information management requirements.
- Ensure excellent data quality, reporting and administration to maintain consistent and standardised data entries.
- Answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant colleague in an appropriate and timely manner.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a administrative environment with computerised data systems, have competence in windows based software and have a knowledge of patient confidentiality and data protection legislation.
This is a fixed term contract starting in July 2023 and running until 31st May 2024.
Starting salary of £22,273 and future opportunities for pay progression to £23,756.
