Derby Cathedral School is currently looking to appoint a Data and Examinations Officer. This is a unique opportunity to help lay the foundations of a growing and developing school. The successful candidate will assist the Data and Examinations Manager in maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data, thereby assisting SLT and Curriculum Leaders in raising standards within teaching and learning. They will also support the accurate management of all examinations and provide administration and data support within the school.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good time management, and the ability to multitask and be able to work to tight deadlines. Strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are essential and experience of Bromcom would be a definite advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided on all aspects of the role.

Derby Cathedral School is the first ever Church of England Secondary school in the Diocese and after being in our temporary school for the first three years, moved to our new state-of-the-art building in September 2021. This is located close to the city centre.
