DATA AND COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
First Intuition is a fast-growing premier provider of accountancy training and apprenticeships. As part of our ongoing growth, we now require a new Data and Compliance Administrator to support the Central Apprenticeship Team and wider FI Network.
- Reporting to the Data and Compliance Manager
- Full time remote working position – we will prioritise candidates based within travelling distance of FI hubs in Manchester, Birmingham and Southampton
- Attendance at twice yearly meetings in London is an essential requirement for this role
- All essential IT equipment will be provided
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Completing internal audit checks on apprentice evidence packs, to ensure eligibility for funding
- Processing ILR data to make monthly funding claims for all apprentices
- Management of E-Portfolio and Apprenticeship MIS system, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Taking responsibility for individual Centre(s) audit feedback, SLAs and compliance queries – ensuring that all advice adheres to the Apprenticeship Funding Rules
- Maintaining strong working relationships within the Central Apprenticeship Team and the Wider FI Network
- Attendance and participation in network meetings
- Monitoring and management of internal Helpdesk
- Other ad hoc projects to ensure data integrity
Qualifications, skills and experience:Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively to prioritise workload
- Strong IT skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work from home
Desirable:
- Previous experience of apprenticeships
- Prior experience of apprenticeship software (e.g. – PICS)
- Previous experience of home working
