- advise on potential analytical approaches to data sourcing and data transformation needs, including associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations
- design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support change initiatives
- engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
- work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- translate business requirements into technical documentation and work with development team to track delivery and facilitating customer feedback
- collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
- conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
- identify opportunities to improve our processes
- stay on top of current industry trends
- Implement a solid data management governance framework (checks, controls, reconciliations, data quality monitoring)

You’ll be working in the Data services – Transformation team “Cumulus” who are driving innovation and reengineering. You'll play an important role in seeing our transition to Cloud technologies, simplification of IT landscape and improvement in our business operating model. The Data Services team's footprint is wide and interfaces into many critical functions of our business. We provide business divisions and control functions with the golden source of reference data. The sourcing, mastering and distribution of the data is being done through a series of centralized data mastering systems and a common provisioning service.

Your expertise
- experience in a KANBAN/SCRUM/AGILE delivery model within the Banking segment
- 7+ years of Reference Data knowledge
- system analysis and data modelling expertise
- prior technical experience is beneficial; basic SQL skills are mandatory as well as knowledge of standard tools e.g. Jira, SharePoint, SQL development tools, etc.
- data skills using big data concepts is key e.g. python, R etc.
- inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- highly motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and ability to challenge status quo
