We are seeking an individual with data and analytical skills and experience to join our Data & Analytics Practice at Eastern Colleges Group.
The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a team who provide data and analytics expertise to the whole group and providing the capabilities for the group to be data driven.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that data is available to all parts of the group to inform operational and strategic decision making.
- Enabling the production of timely and accurate KPIs.
- Being part of the project team to transform how we deliver data & analytics maximising the use of digital capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and development of data dashboards and analysis.
- Help the Head of Data & Analytics to build, maintain and govern the groups data model.
The successful candidate will have a relevant Level 3+ qualification in a technology or data analysis related subject, with demonstrable experience of handling complex data sets in a data driven environment. We are looking for someone with a curiosity for all things data and how it is constructed, who is adept at asking the right questions to find solutions. Previous experience of working in a FE / post-16 environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge and experience of data analysis techniques, data visualisation, data cleansing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, SQL, Power BI and use of data would be advantageous
