Job Description: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity
- Create and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide data-driven recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
