The Opportunity: 1 Year Contract - 2 Days in Brentford or Slough and 3 Days Remote Working
Through your experience of dealing with large volume data sets, your ability to translate into trends, and consult on action required, you will be able to create immediate impact, influence key stakeholders and shape the future of our business.
Working within a team of 4 Analysts you’ll be responsible for our HR analytics supporting our MD, HR and Finance Directors and Group Chief People Officer to build automated reporting tools, analysing trends in key KPI’s, and building data sets to improve our current trends in people performance, employee engagement and business excellence.
Draw insights from data and present analyses of trends and key issues related to:
1) People Metrics
2) Salary and Benefits
3) Headcount
4) Recruitment
5) Ad hoc KPI’s when required
Key Productivity Metrics:
- Create, refine, and automate reporting tools / models / dashboards that provide analysis and insight into KPIs, thus enabling the business leadership to make timely, accurate, and fact-based decisions
- Support Executive Directors in KPI management with monthly reviews, analysis, and maintenance of KPIs/dashboards.
- Maintain full suite of KPIs within business functions
- Target driven performance improvement within our HR and Recruitment function
- Working with Excel and Power BI – data validation/maintaining/designing and interpreting dashboards
Who are we looking for?
- Highly numerate with excellent data manipulation skills and a proven ability to analyse / interpret complex datasets (ideally experienced within HR Analytics)
- Experienced in large volume data extraction from various reporting systems, with a good working knowledge of data structures
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (confident with complex formulae)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI an advantage
- Commercial intuition with a proven ability to think laterally to solve problems
