We are passionate about sustainability, so as a Data Analyst Graduate with us, you will be part of a cohort and be assigned Corporate Social Responsibility Projects that are changing the construction industry for the better.

What you'll be doing
- Working in collaboration with operation teams
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) activity (planned against actual performance)
- Identify planning scope, major constraints and contract requirements
- Reporting on construction activity and performance
- Collate and analyse project data
- Creating visual data representation e.g. Phasing diagram, graphs etc.
- Further develop and enhance our chosen reporting platform for capturing performance data and automate processes
- Work with other departments to pull in relevant data set
- Assess external influential factors to the project plans
- Engage with stakeholders on planning updates and challenges
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships within the delivery team and sub-contractors.
Who we're looking for
- A minimum of 2:2 in any degree
- Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
- Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining
- Experience is desired but not essential as we will provide training and development for the right candidate.
