Create informative data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant data insights. Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and availability. Collaborate with data engineering teams to streamline data pipelines and ensure data integrity. Monitor data trends and performance metrics, proactively identifying anomalies or areas for improvement. What you'll need Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese, enabling effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and markets. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in data analysis, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences. Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. Prior experience in fintech or payments is a bonus. Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
