Job description
Under the direction of the Human Resources & Payroll Operations Center (HRPOC) Director, the HR Data Analyst serves as a key member of multiple HR related project teams, and works in collaboration with client department and HRPOC leadership to evaluate and streamline processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.
The incumbent leverages reporting software from multiple systems to develop and implement the creation and dissemination of reoccurring and ad hoc financial, accounting, compliance and personnel related reports for a very large client base (approximately 5,000 employees).

Required/Preferred
Demonstrated experience synthesizing and analyzing large data and making program recommendations based on that data.
Required
General knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll practices.

Excellent analytical skills to access and prepare reports containing complex information, anticipate problems, develop alternative solutions, make recommendations and implement changes.
Required
Detailed working knowledge of tools for project management, data administration, application controls, and production documentation.
Required
Demonstrated ability to analyze policies and procedures and determine compliance of existing procedures and guidelines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively, both orally and in writing.
