Job Title: Data Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Kings Hill, Kent

The role

We’re a growing company with a very exciting future. This opening provides an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and agile data analyst to contribute to our success. We are a cross-functional team supporting weekly and monthly reports across multiple systems ensuring data validity, accuracy and compliance. From time to time you’ll be supporting with ad hoc analyses and deeper analytical projects. You will possess strong SQL skills and dashboarding skills with a high sense of ownership and urgency. You will have experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders including external suppliers and support Trooli to meet its business objectives and goals.

The day job...

• Responsible for analysing and reporting on key metrics to support business reviews
• Create dashboards and self-service tools that help teams make data-driven decisions
• Own ad hoc data analyses for teams across the business
• Be a liaison for new system implementation to maximise efficiency and transitions
• Manage weekly sprints to fulfil data requests from teams
• Contribute to deeper analytical projects across the business
• Supporting the Trooli team to make continuous improvements to the business

We'd like to speak to you if...

• You have at least 4 years' experience in data analysis
• You have exceptional attention to detail
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Query (including Macros), CRM systems
• You have strong SQL skills
• You an exceptional communicator and collaborator who can build relationships with ease across a range of seniority levels and with external suppliers
• You have a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the requirements of a fast-growing organisation
• You have excellent written and communication skills

• The following would be advantageous but aren’t essential;
• You have experience within Telecommunications industry
• You have involvement with supporting projects and system transitions
• You have knowledge of GIS platforms
• You have enderstanding of Salesforce Eco-system
• You are able to constructively identify knowledge, systems or process gaps
