We're looking for an organised, self-starting, friendly, individual to help manage Office administration and our data platform. Experience or interest in politics, charity, campaigning and/or ethics would be helpful. Efficient administration, excellent inter-personal skills, an innovative, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail are keys skills. This role will act as the bridge between people and technology, ensuring we attract supporters and members and make them feel confident of backing True & Fair, engaged and energised to share what we are doing.
What You’ll Do - Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse and maintain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights on our Nationbuilder platform.
- Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data collection and analysis.
- Interpret data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a regular, clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, and work with IT and other stakeholders to resolve them.
- Fulfil new membership cards, renewals and amendments
- Work with the website team as the website is hosted on Nationbuilder
- Liaising with our external technology suppliers
- Adhoc office administration
- Answer phone call and emails
- Roll sleeves as needed!
Experience & Attributes
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems would be ideal, experience of the Nationbuilder software is a major plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of data management best practices, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and best practices.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business analytics.
- At least 2+ years’ experience
- Experience interacting or dealing with members/clients, candidates, stakeholders,
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Experience working for a national or local political party, campaigning group, charity or Think Tank is a huge advantage.
What we offer:
- Southwest London Area (Epsom), United Kingdom
- At least 3 days per week
- Initially a 4 months project, open to extension upon review and the political landscape
- When in the office, Office hours would be 10.00am to 5 pm.
- Full time equivalent of £22,000 - £24,00O per annum depending on experience and qualifications
