Full-time role an hybrid working (37.5 hours per week) with 2 days in our London office.

About the role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst. As part of our Information Systems and Business Intelligence team, you'll be at the forefront of our data initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards, optimising existing data systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform management information and process improvements.
About you:
We value people that care about providing support, demonstrating a proactive mindset and a results-oriented approach. You will have experience in managing and analysing complex data sets. You will have a background in PowerBI and Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and vlookup functions. Demonstrable skill in effectively presenting data in a clear, concise manner, creating bespoke reports, and insightful dashboards.
We appreciate people who have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to work, a proven track record of successfully delivering quality customer service and support while maintaining a focus on delivering positive outcomes for users.
