Data Analyst
£38,000 - £43,000 per annum
Fixed Term Contract until 31 June 2024 - 35 hrs pw
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training - SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a Data Analyst who will support the organisation in obtaining key insights from the data available to make informed business decisions
The role will report into the Analytics Manager and will be responsible for delivering timely high quality data analysis to understand and articulate the drivers behind trends.
In addition the post holder will enhance the quality, consistency and presentation of ETF’s data using advanced analytical techniques.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working with a CRM and similar data systems, including standard tasks such as data processing, running reports and importing/exporting data
- Experience of improving data quality and data cleansing
- Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience of working with Power BI
- A high level of mathematical ability and knowledge of statistical methodologies
- a highly self-motivated and proactive attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience using SQL - SSMS
- Experience of data modelling & analysis in excel
