Requirements:

• Working towards an Undergraduate degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Finance or Computer Science
• Motivated self-starters with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment with a willingness to work outdoors. Some positions will be required to operate vehicles at our operations
• Previous work experience in a technical environment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Participation in the health and safety programs of Teck to ensure that everyone on site goes home safe and healthy everyday
• Help to create process improvements for invoicing systems focused on the following areas:
  • Accruals
  • Forecast
  • Tracking Carryover spend
  • Spend analysist charting
  • Comparison of actual to forecast/budget spend
• Assist with the rollout of such improvements
• Create and utilize Power BI Dashboards

• Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

All students will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing prior to commencing work. Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.
