Job description
You will support Smartest Energy Business in improving the present Electricity customer journey and to enhance the journey for potential future growth in the portfolio by managing internal risk brought about by challenging processes and systems for future change.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Proactively identify & implement process improvements according to agreed KPI's;
- To collaborate and support the wider Electricity Operations Team with analysis, projects, process change and innovation;
- You will be developing processes maps and reports within the team that support the industry guidelines and regulations;
- Able to engage external third parties to solve process and system challenges.
- Generate and review data for varying workstreams;
- Coordinate with Managers & Team Leaders to ensure data is up-to-date, clear and visible to those that require it;
- Generate reports with metrics for Management Team;
- Ownership of all imbalance reporting.
What skills/experience do I need to be considered?
- Has worked with data or associated fields > 3 years;
- Can use data to identify system fixes and improvements;
- Can use experience to lead changes and improvements in processes and reporting;
- Has experience of working with IT and Business Departments to ensure that project/small change outcomes are realized;
- Experience with Power BI & SQL;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industry processes and awareness and interest in Energy Supply.
