What We Are Looking For

We are currently looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to our growing team!

You are someone who is highly curious, creative, and data-obsessed. You love designing beautiful, impactful, and in-depth data visualizations for your end users. You are a visualization expert who exhibits an advanced proficiency in Tableau and can proficiently maneuver various skills associated with it. You love to create compelling data stories that communicate insights and trends to your customers. You don’t shy away from taking initiative and are highly self-driven.

What You Will Do

- Collaborate with data engineers, product team, customer success team, and resident SMEs to define reporting and visualization requirements and translate them into reporting deliverables using Tableau.
- Develop and implement visualization best practices, applying a high degree of creativity to generate Conexus data visualizations and data stories.
- Provide full support for the client experience through demos, installations, and continuous customer support.
- Participate in the design and implementation of complex business intelligence and analytic solutions based on requirements, including custom visualization requests.
- Work with customers to discover new insights and trends within IoT and corporate real estate data.
- Utilize advanced analytics skills in data visualization, mining, forecasting, and more to address business needs.
- Ensure the availability and performance of solutions and reports meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide support for Relogix solutions, including troubleshooting platform, hardware, API, or data extract issues, and bulk loading of data using scripts.
- Generate and maintain internal business intelligence reporting for inventory tracking, data quality, demos, and ad hoc requests.
- Gather customer feedback for feature requests and improvements, collaborating with product management for delivery.
- Continuously collaborate with the operations team and relevant stakeholders to improve processes and tool utilization.
- Perform ETL and query raw datasets to explore structure, feasibility, and gaps related to data usability for generating visualizations.

What You Bring

- Post-Secondary Education, certificate, or degree in relevant fields (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Strong experience in building highly creative reporting or dashboard solutions using BI tools, with expertise in Tableau (Tableau certification preferred) and PowerBI.
- Experience with databases, database administration, and data warehousing.
- Direct customer-facing experience, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Azure and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of SQL and scripting.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize data relationships and patterns.

Bonus Points For

- Work experience using Python and Javascript.
