We are looking for someone to develop and maintain a suite of reporting tools, that draw insight to improve the productivity and efficiency of Prior’s Court Foundation.
Support the organisation in its delivery of summary information and deep dive analysis Support on-going improvement of the Prior Insight data platform.
About Prior's Court
Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 90 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.
Since opening, our support team has grown from around 20 to 500 and we have built a reputation as a leading edge educational, vocational, and residential facility for young people with autism. We are situated on 50 acres of parkland with various facilities including accommodation for our young people, a school with a wide range of facilities and offices.
About the job
Our data team has an opportunity for a Data Analyst this is a varied position supporting Prior’s Court teams primarily with various reporting models. We are looking for someone who has a passion for data and creating detailed reports with the added ability to interrogate the data, enjoys liaising and building relationships with internal customers.
The ideal person will have experience in the use of IT systems and software to interrogate data. Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including use of data connections (Power Query) to create comprehensive pivot charts and tables. Knowledge of how to extract data from a SQL database. Understanding of GDPR legislation.
You will also be able to bring your expertise in the collection, collation, analysis and dissemination of a wide range of data whilst combining the ability to work to deadlines.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) position based onsite and outlined below is an overview of some of the accountabilities, please refer to the job description for more details. Please note this is NOT a remote/hybrid role, you will be required to work onsite at Prior’s Court, Hermitage.
· To work with the Prior Insight team and other key stakeholders to maintain the effective functionality of the platform by ensuring core data within the system is relevant and in date.
· To promote the benefits of effective qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
· Work closely with other professionals to ascertain requirements and provide relevant reporting solutions.
· Produce clear, concise, and accurate information to support the organisation in raising standards of performance.
· Oversight of the operational data systems within the organisation and ensure all statutory reporting requirements are met. Develop and manage report datasets, including Prior Insight and Excel Power views.
· To support with the presentation of data to statutory bodies such as Ofsted and Care Quality Commission and other external agencies.
Qualifications
3 GCSE grade 4 and above including English and Maths.
