Data Analyst

Salary: £24,000 to 30,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Home based with 2 days per week Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41)
We are looking for someone that is passionate about data and enjoys logical and clear outcomes to join our team at Powerforce as a Data Analyst. You will need to have a positive mindset and have a can-do attitude. Tell us how something can be done, not why it can’t be done! This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out on their Data & Insight career.
As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Account Management team across multiple global food, drink, and technology customers
- Delivering accurate reporting, as per agreed customer schedule through Excel and templated Power BI scorecards
- Liaising with internal and external contacts on ways to improve the field sales team’s performance
- Using internal and third-party data sources to provide analysis on customer performance
- Developing review processes to ensure data integrity is maintained
- Questionnaire creation and refinement
- ROI modelling and monitoring
- Call file analysis
You will have:
- Advanced in MS Office
- Power BI experience preferred, not essential
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills
- Detail oriented, an inquisitive mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
