HR Data Analyst – Office based Knutsford
Our software security client is looking for a People & Culture Analytics Specialist to join them in their state of the art offices in Knutsford.
They are going through a period of exciting growth and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide a best in class delivery of their people processes.
Main Duties:
You will be a people focused person will the ability to interpret data and identify how processes can be improved to aid the overall wellbeing of the workforce.
You are also comfortable in building relationships with people across different departments, work in a collaborative way and are not afraid to question existing processes and be willing to provide fresh ideas of your own.

- Recruitment – Arranging interviews, providing feedback to candidates and assisting in the onboarding process
- Analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes
- Collect data from employee surveys and analyse results to gauge metrics such as Wellbeing, Leadership and Team Health
- Develop dashboards using platforms such as PowerBI and using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel
- Projects related to employee engagement

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- £45-55k
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays
- 8% employer pension contribution
- Core hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri with flexibility to start anytime between 8am and 9.30am
