Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data is properly stored, processed, and protected.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on data sources, data structures, and data analysis methods.
  • Communicate data analysis findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R or Python.
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
