NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst for a expanding business based in Nottingham.

We are looking for a analytical individual who loves working with and analysing data.

Your main role will include:

• Collating, analysing and reporting on large data sets to produce business insights.
• Analysing marketing and sales based data to produce customer and business insights to help shape strategies.
• Deliver data analysis projects across B2C and B2B producing insights on marketing and customer sales activity
• Develop, automate and deliver sales and marketing reports
• Management and development of dashboards

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a data analyst, data analysis, sales analyst or other analysis based role
• Passion for data and enjoys working with large date sets
• Analytically minded
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Knowledge or experience with the following would be highly desirable: SQL, PowerBI and Google Analytics.

The package includes base salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus bonus of up to 8% of base salary, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy more and many many more employee benefits.

Hybrid Working - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
