We are looking for a seasoned data analyst who can help us increase and leverage our data assets to generate insights, improve decision making, and enhance customer experience, particularly in driving growth. You will be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and models using Amplitude, Snowflake, Reverse ETL, and Hubspot or similar
- Analyzing data from various sources and creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define metrics, and provide data-driven solutions
- Developing and implementing best practices for data quality, governance, and security
- Researching and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve our data capabilities \
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role in a startup environment
- Proficiency in Amplitude, Snowflake, Reverse ETL, and Hubspot or equivalent tools
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with martech stacks and helping businesses get insights to grow
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies
