Meraki Talent’s Global Financial Services client has a requirement for a Data Analyst to join their administration team in Glasgow.
The Data Analyst will be a critical appointment and therefore we are keen to speak to high-calibre individuals with strong Data Analysis experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and organising knowledge of data flows whilst evaluating new data presentation, data management and acquisition tools.
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders in order to achieve the overarching objectives, including, the IT team and third party consultants.
- Adherence to operational controls, as outlined in procedures and policies to ensure risks are identified and managed
- Manipulate large sets of data.
- Exploring existing data structures to identify missing data, duplicate data and data sets that can be joined together to provide an enhanced intelligence picture.
Background of the Position:
- Good organisational skills ideally with project management experience
- Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise in complex areas.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and autonomous
- Sound understanding of data types
- Scripting/macro development or similar programming skills.
- Experience within financial services
