Job description
- Clean, organize, and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct statistical analyses with research data using statistical software and other relevant tools.
- Transforming complex data sets into compelling visual representations for business reports / reporting.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to accomplish research objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of research procedures, protocols, and result
Essential
- Over 3 years working in the data analysis profession.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with large scale data sets.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team.
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- Over 2 years experience working within the health and/or wellbeing sector.
- Familiarity with ethics guidelines and protocols in psychological research.
- Experience in mixed methods research (including the use of MaxQDA, Nvivo or Q-Method).
- Prior experience with conducting literature reviews is a plus.
- Willingness to challenge existing ideas and be open to being challenged.
Enthusiasm for working autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork skills.
