We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wellbeing Insights and Data Analyst with a keen interest in psychology to join our Trust & Safety Wellbeing Team based in London. Supporting the Wellbeing Research and Measurement Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for analyzing data and generating insights. Additionally, you may be involved in various data visualization tasks to effectively communicate research outcomes. As a Wellbeing Data and Insights Analyst, you will play a vital role in uncovering meaningful insights that contribute to our understanding of the psychological wellbeing of the Trust & Safety teams around the globe.


Responsibilities:

  • Clean, organize, and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct statistical analyses with research data using statistical software and other relevant tools.

  • Transforming complex data sets into compelling visual representations for business reports / reporting.

  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to accomplish research objectives.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of research procedures, protocols, and result


Qualifications:

Essential

  • Over 3 years working in the data analysis profession.

  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.

  • Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience working with large scale data sets.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team.


Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).

  • Over 2 years experience working within the health and/or wellbeing sector.

  • Familiarity with ethics guidelines and protocols in psychological research.

  • Experience in mixed methods research (including the use of MaxQDA, Nvivo or Q-Method).

  • Prior experience with conducting literature reviews is a plus.

  • Willingness to challenge existing ideas and be open to being challenged.

  • Enthusiasm for working autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork skills.
