Job description
Can you use your problem solving and analytical skills to help us improve our organisation?
We are looking for an individual with experience of conducting statistical analysis to join us on a full time, permanent basis as part of our Learning and Development Hub.
This is a great opportunity to step into your first role as a Data Analyst or expand your current data analytical skills.
Offering variety and development as part of a regional collaboration, our Regional Learning & Development team supports performance management, project management and continuous improvement to achieve the organisational aims and objectives for all four East Midlands forces.
As our Data Analyst, you will use your experience and knowledge to take responsibility for the development, provision and interpretation of statistical data for L&D. You will challenge existing practices and use a logical approach to problem solve; supporting the teams and forces with performance matters and providing advice on statistical techniques and data interpretation.
As this role supports multiple forces, you will be required to travel and work throughout the region, therefore you must hold a full driving licence and have use of your own vehicle for work purposes. The role will be based at Derby/Notts or J27.
Whether you join us for on-going career development or in a highly rewarding job with good pay and flexible hours to suit your needs, we are confident you will enjoy working in our modern, dynamic and fast-moving organisation where teamwork and co-operation really does count for everything.
We appreciate the importance of work life balance and welfare which is why we implement flexible and agile working practices, including the opportunity to work remotely during the working week.
