Real Estate Data Analyst
Key Accountabilities and Tasks
Support the production of account management plans for four business units on a quarterly basis.
Support the production of various business cases for lease renewal or relocation activities.
Analysis and prepare building occupation data to support real estate decision making.
Compile real estate data from existing sources to feed to JLL Data Warehouse team in Warsaw on a monthly basis.
Help build out dashboard and intranet sites to provide useful real estate data to global customer base.
Person Specification
We are happy to take a recent graduate as long as they have excellent data skills and a degree in a relevant discipline such as maths, data science etc.
Skills/Experience
Computer literate, with strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
Data analytics skills, with knowledge of developing dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc.
Capable of developing clear and compelling MS-PowerPoint presentations.
Good analytical and presentational skills.
Logical, organised and thorough approach to work
Ability to communicate effectively, including with senior management
Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus
Be able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive in measures taken to achieve responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
