Job description
We are looking to recruit a Data Coordinator with outstanding Microsoft Excel skills for a full time, permanent role based in Stoke.
This role is working Monday to Friday only and Hybrid working will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate the quality of all data submissions, working with the provider to rectify data errors on spreadsheets prior to being uploaded into the database
- Assist in producing operational processes, controlled documentation and workflow processes for our company systems to include client systems as required
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for further development solutions, supporting the Team Leader with delivering innovative solutions
- Act as the point of liaison for system faults and escalate all issues
- Provide expert support to assist operations in resolving data quality issues
- Provide reporting and trend analysis for tasks as required
- Monitoring SLA performance and reporting by exception of SLA failures
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- You MUST be able to do basic and more complex formulas in MS Excel, to include lookups, index matches and nested formulas and VBA
- Experience of managing databases
- Excellent attention to detail
- SQL experience would be beneficial, but not essential
- Highly computer literate with a broad range of IT skills. This must include MS Word and MS Outlook with an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
