A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. What does a Content & Reporting Manager do at Hogarth?
We are looking for a Content and Reporting Manager for our client, responsible for overseeing master content library, metadata management and asset ingest process. Following through to management of data tracking and compiling, weekly and monthly reports for the client, based upon asset production and delivery reporting.
Responsibilities
- Overall quality of cross-discipline production asset reporting and content across platforms
- Overseeing and monitoring reports production in accordance with clients reporting requirements, agreed reporting guidelines and SLAs – including monthly data audit and reports review, with internal approval prior to client supply.
- Documented briefing, time management and liaison of internal teams in regard to reporting business rules, metadata and naming convention error or any other data related issues as and when they arise. Plus, any additional client requirements.
- As part of this role requirement, you will be expected to own, document, lead and understand all requirements in relation to updates that you are managing and provide clear actions and next steps to all relevant team members/key stakeholders
- Review of current automation vs manual updating as part of reporting process - confirmation of % automation vs. manual.
- Development and implementation of full automation plan – for reporting
- Ensure all reporting documentation clear, concise and kept up to date including detailed overview of task requirements and subsequent tasks undertaken for BAU plus KTO/watch outs including step by step guidelines. Ensure all documentation shared and available to all team members.
- As a part of the role, you'll be working with content libraries and metadata management, as well as be a super-user of client and agency production and project management tools.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports into the Integrated Operations Director.
Requirements
- Experience with content libraries and metadata management is a must
- Ability to track performance data based on tools and metrics, and compile bespoke client-facing reports
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary, global teams, for asset ingest, metadata structuring/guidance, data reporting, analysis, and reports automation
- Ability to summarise key take-aways and process enhancements, based upon compiled reports
- Proactive approach, with a great attention to detail
- Experience in BI tools such as Power BI for reporting and analysis
- Collaborative approach, team-player
- Knowledge of MAM and DAM systems, Power BI, Tableau and Excel
- Ability to speak with the client / attend client meetings and calls
- Experience of cross-discipline production asset reporting and content library management across multiple platforms
- Experience of reports production in accordance with the client reporting template requirements
- Experience of briefing/managing data analyst teams in regard to business rules, metadata and naming convention
- Liaison of all creation stakeholders to report on approved master creative
- Experience of training internal/external stakeholders on content management system and process
- Experience of ensuring content across disciplines and platforms is tagged to agreed guidelines
- Collaborative approach, team player as part of this role you will be working across creative account, origination and deployment team on training and governance for all content management and report related issues
