Overview:
HERO-ERA, a leading organisation in the historic endurance rallying industry, is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This unique opportunity will allow you to apply your data skills and passion for classic cars to help drive growth and efficiency across our group of companies, including a dealership, valuations platform, and a carbon offsetting specialist.
As our Data and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging data to generate insights that will optimise sales and leads across our businesses, streamline processes, and help us make data-driven decisions. You will work hands-on with our systems, including HubSpot, to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources across our group of companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Develop and implement analytics models to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Monitor the performance of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed
- Continuously explore and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve our data and analytics capabilities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analytics role, either professionally or in education
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing, sales, and customer relationship management processes
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Enthusiasm for cars and a willingness to develop a deep understanding of the HERO-ERA business and the classic car industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bicester, OX27 8FY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
