The Role: Data Analyst, ERP Consultant, CRM Developer, Database Administrator
Salary: circa £60k
Location: Norwich
Status: Permanent

We are looking for someone who will be supporting management team in the smooth running of all company systems. The company uses a core ERP with Oracle NetSuite but there are many other peripheral systems such as NextService (field service software) Pipedrive (sales pipeline management), NetStock (stock management), Crystal Reporting, BPA Alerts. to name a few .
A lesser role in load but equally important is working with our IT support company to manage the Office 365 subscription for the company, Including user management.
That is all Microsoft subscriptions, email SharePoint and Zoom accounts etc.
The ideal candidate profile:
- A desire to learn and grow their technical knowledge of systems.
- Very strongly time and task manage capabilities and meet deadlines.
- A logical and process driven mindset to technical challenges
- Be able to pick up and learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to travel to London and other areas of the country for training and support visits.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Easy access to Norwich office

A very heavy emphasis on training, especially to start with as there are many facets to the role all of which that will require a company specific approach to training.

Our Skills and Training list would include (but not be limited to): Required
- Advanced IT and computer skills including;
- Experience with NetSuite
- Ability to clearly articulate
- Ability to think logically and support on a technical product Desirable
- Experience with PowerBi
- At least 12 months in IT and Infrastructure
- Ability to manage project-based work Product training for the right candidate might be provided.

Full role and product training will be provided, to a level appropriate with the role.
