- Data Analyst should have skills and qualifications that help solve problems using large amounts of data
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with statistical software
- Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
- Understand data warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
- Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
- Provide data monthly for Operator Board Reports and Committee Reports
- Provide data monthly for Title I Board Reports and Committee Reports
- Develop standard weekly reports including but not limited to weekly foot traffic, referrals, initial calls, reason for call, events and attendance, etc. for ongoing management needs
- Prepares customized reports for management needs
- Provide customer survey’s data monthly
- Provide monthly data for comprehensive centers
- Gather data from all sources including but not limited to Formstack and CWDS
- Maintain data integrity and security
- Perform data validation
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Create reports for internal and/or external partners
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
- Sort and organize data
- Assist staff in data entry when required
- Analyze data for quality improvement purposes
- Monitor administrative and program forms to assure they are current
- Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure all data and personally identifiable information is kept secured and confidential
