The role

As a Cromwell Data Analyst, you will join our collaborative and supportive team to help maintain and develop data driven solutions that can really provide business impact. We are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented individual with a hunger to constantly develop and grow.

What will you do on a normal day?

In this role you will deliver insights underpinned by robust data analysis to drive strategic business decision-making. You will have a continuous improvement mind-set to identify, recommend, and lead projects to improve process efficiency. You will solve problems for various stakeholders using data and the results will be deployed to the business.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject at 2:1 level or higher
  • A logic and rational approach to problem solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills who can explain complex problems to both technical and non-technical colleague alike.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Desire to learn and use data to improve existing processes
