This role reports to Corporate Partnership & Express Lead and provides data analysis and insight cross-functionally, focusing on driving growth and performance. Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates and build relationships.

A bit about the role...
Working as part of a Costa B2B Central Operations Team and be responsible to proactively identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of data sets and provide insight back to the business as well as research business problems and assist in the creation of models that help analyse these problems. Other key responsibilities are:
- Work with business customers and stakeholders to fully understand, define and document business problems, ensuring clarity of scope and activities needed to prove or disprove any initial hypothesis.
- Be able to work independently of business stakeholders to review and reflect on data to identify potential areas of business opportunity, and document and present these to key stakeholders.
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations that provide clear insight for the stakeholder and report users.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics reporting tools.
- Engage with a wide range of business functions to develop know-how and identify business opportunities that might be served by data analysis and generation of insight.
- Work alongside IT peers to define reporting needs for end-user self-service reporting, and help to prioritise delivery of this functionality around improved business reporting accuracy and reduction of data team time for ad-hoc reporting that might otherwise be necessary.

- Current knowledge of data warehousing, data analytics, reporting and business intelligence
- Knowledge of requirements gathering processes and analysis
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to change direction and/or behaviour based on data findings
- Managing conflicting priorities and ambiguity
- Ability to translate data analysis into insight, and to communicate that back to stakeholders both verbally and via documentation
- SQL knowledge and very strong Excel
- Use of data visualisation software such as Power BI

Shift Pattern: 35 hours a week Monday – Friday
