A global Lloyd’s Market Insurance Syndicate, with a focus on underwriting complexed risks is looking for an Underwriting Accounting Systems and Data Analyst to join their Finance Department, helping to improve and automate their data feeds from the data warehouses to the operational data warehouses.

The company is quickly growing and have been investing into their IT over the past few years, trying to be on the forefront of how data is used. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with lots of opportunity for progression and to develop your skills in line with the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Improving data automation processes with the use of Power Query.
Undertaking information analysis and looking at how this can be improved.
Producing management reporting used to support the growth and development of the business.
Taking part in extraction from data warehouses and loading into accounting models.

Skills

Good use of Power Query and other Microsoft Tools.
London / Lloyds market Insurance experience is highly beneficial.
A strong can-do attitude, willing to learn and progress within the business.
Strong financial or accounting experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Past experience working on data automation processes.
