Dashboards and Insights
Design and implementation of reporting dashboards for commercial activity
Identify and communicate actionable insights (understand how to make complex data
look simple.)
Deliver and present key insights to colleagues and the leadership team. Provide
information in an engaging and actionable format.
Deeply understand the business context to emphasize the right insights.
Extract and interpret the data from different data source and systems. Demonstrating a
deep understanding of sales and consumers data and using SQL and advanced Excel
functionality.
Visualize geospatial data on a map using either CACI Insite or Tableau.
Perform geo-spatial planning for the field force operations and data analytics to
support field strategy. You will need to have GIS (geographic information system)
planning and software expertise which assists management deployment strategies and
field team implementations.
Identify opportunity for continuous improvements to dashboards
KPIs and Metrics
Design the performance KPIs and metrics for Deployment Activity
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the management model of deployment
channels: Field Force, Key Accounts, Direct Retail, E-commerce and Vape to be able to
advise on the right KPIs and metrics.
Deliver reliable, accurate, relevant & timely reporting and tracking of core KPIs and
performance results.
Identify opportunity for continuous improvements to KPIs and metrics for all channels
Collaboration
Planning and collaborating with other departments on reporting on key commercial
objectives and applying an operational/commercial/consumer impact lens.
Support business strategy and key decisions with insights coming from the data (and to
be able to do this in an accurate and timely manner.)
Support more junior members of the commercial intelligence team; on the job
coaching, technical skills, inductions of new team members etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £38,000.00 per year
