As part of a major multi-year digital and organisational transformation programme for one of the UK's leading Social Care organisations (~2,000 FTEs), we are looking for a Data Analyst to be part of the central programme team.
This Digital Transformation Programme will transform the way the organisation works over the coming 2yrs or so, from operational front-line teams to supporting central functions. This will involve re-designing current processes and ways of working before selecting, piloting and implementing new software and systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to reshape the way in which one of the UK's leading Social Care providers operates, whilst being part of an experienced, dynamic and friendly programme management team. We are looking for a confident, motivated, hard-working individual, with a friendly personality. You must be IT literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI reporting are essential, and knowledge of SQL would be a distinct advantage.
We would like our Data Analyst to have the following skills:
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Self motivated, confident, with strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrable experience in understanding complex data and identifying critical data elements
- Excellent challenging and negotiation skills
- Strong Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI
- Experience of working in health and social care
- Experience of working on digital transformation programmes
- Experience in working with systems e.g., social care records, e-rostering, HR, Payroll, Finance
You will be working 37.5 Hours per week, on a fixed term contract for 12-18 months starting as soon as possible. You will be based remotely with occasional travel to our Head Office in Maidstone. In return you will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications, and 25 days annual leave a year.
