The Client & IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support activities across the Enforcement group.

What you’ll be doing:
Undertake remittance process checking, including sourcing, and delivering missing remit files
Support technical projects
Undertake daily case activities, including uploading, and verifying files. Including the third party generated letters
Access, retrieve data, and merge to create system generated letters as required
Create and maintain test case repository
Provide support for any testing as required
Respond to any requests for ad-hoc database queries and compile into a report
To provide cover for any absence within the team
Respond, maintain, and update any allocated service tickets
To reset Client passwords as requested
To process, monitor and check monthly reports
What we’re looking for:
Exemplary excel and analytical skills
Experience of Testing
Experience of using MySQL
Exemplary attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to identify and own issues and work to tight timescales to deliver effective solutions with the right level of accuracy
Problem solver, thinking outside the box to find and apply practical solutions
Confidence and presence to deal with suppliers and colleagues
Team player
Ability to manage expectations to colleagues and clients
