Data Analyst

THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented data analyst to augment our fast growing, experienced and energetic team. You should be logical and mathematical in thought and passionate in your approach.
You will work with your team to deliver new insights into the businesses critical data. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a solid understanding of database principals, a love of data, reporting and experienced in this field of work. Commercial awareness of the financial services and home services industries would be a desirable but certainly not essential.
You’ll be proficient in analysing and managing complicated data sets, providing a range of reporting to suit variable stakeholders and have the confidence to provide insightful and commercial recommendations based on your analysis.
SKILLS NEEDED
- Analytics and reporting using systems such as SSRS.
- Knowledge of Data warehousing
- You’ll have excellent numerical, analytical and statistical skills with a solid background in using databases, advanced excel, SQL and SSMS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in order to extrapolate accurate results based on data available.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering multiple complex and challenging pieces of work to firm deadlines.
- Graduate qualification or equivalent experience.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Reporting directly to the board and stakeholders.
- Communicating with the finance team to ensure accounts and forecasts are fully up to date.
- Identify and mitigate risks found.
- Assign, track and manage tasks and activities

Renumeration!
Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits + Pension + Reduced price home services + Being part of an awesome company which make real progressive changes on a daily basis!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
