About the role
As a Data Analyst at Archvale, your main objective is to help drive the strategic direction of the organisation through data analysis and interpretation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to influence decision-making processes, improve operations, and promote a data-driven culture within our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our data competency and make a significant impact in the transformation of primary care in the UK.
- Problem Solving and Insights: Identify, analyse, and solve complex problems. Structure and execute high-quality data analyses, distilling insights into actionable recommendations.
- Data Infrastructure: Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust data infrastructures. Contribute to the development of data pipelines using no-code platforms.
- Communication and Presence: Actively engage with various stakeholders, demonstrate active listening, and value diverse perspectives. Manage conversations effectively and deliver concise, impactful written and visual communications.
- Practicality and Effectiveness: Prioritise work based on its impact and feasibility, showcasing resourcefulness and tenacity. Manage team expectations effectively and proactively identify and pursue the next steps for projects and tasks.
- Stakeholder and Team Interactions: Foster trusting and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Show willingness to take on challenges, delegate work appropriately, and actively engage with the team beyond your immediate responsibilities.
About you
You are a great candidate if you are:
- Data Detective: Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of experience in a highly analytical role, such as management consulting, or analytics in a start-up or tech company.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools like PowerBi.
- All-around Analytics: Highly analytical nature paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial: Self-motivated team player who will own and drive our data OKRs.
- Purpose-driven Innovator: Strong business acumen with a keen interest in clinical operations, enabling a deeper understanding of the context behind the data.
Details:
- Full-remote, with the expectation of attending onsite monthly meetings in London and occasional visits to one of our practices across the UK.
